Pinkglow® Baked Brie Appetizer


  • 1 wheel of brie cheese 
  • 1 cup diced Pinkglow® pineapple 
  • ¼ cup sweet & spicy candied pecans 
  • ¼ cup honey 
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar  
  • ½ tsp ginger 
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • Crackers for serving  


  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Cut a circle into the top of the brie, about ¼ inch into the cheese wheel.  
  2. Place in a baking dish and bake the brie for 15 minutes.  
  3. While that is baking, combine the brown sugar, pecans, Pinkglow® pineapple, ginger, salt, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. 
  4. Cook this mixture for 3-5 minutes until nicely warmed through. 
  5. Remove the brie from the oven and peel off the top rind. 
  6. Pour the warm pineapple pecan mixture over the brie and serve with crackers!
