Pinkglow® Cupid's Arrows

  • Rosemary sprigs 
  • 1 Pinkglow Pineapple®️ 
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese 
  • Green garlic-stuffed olives 
  • Metal heart-shaped cookie cutter 
  • Cutting board 
  • Knife 

Directions:   

  1. Pick strong and straight rosemary sprigs for the arrow shafts, remove the lower leaves and sharpen the end with a knife.
  2. Cut a few slices from your Pinkglow Pineapple®  using a heart shaped metal cookie cutter cut out heart shapes.  
  3. Slice vegan cheese into triangles. Start with a square slice, then cut a big "X" to get 4 triangles. Cut each of these again for smaller triangles. 
  4. Thread pineapple hearts, olives and cheese onto the rosemary sprigs. It may help to pre-poke the olives with a toothpick before skewering.  
  5. Arrange on a platter or use as drink garnishes for a charming touch. Enjoy!
