Pinkglow® Ham & Swiss Sliders
• 8-12 Hawaiian Roll Buns
• 3/4lb Ham - Sliced
• ½ Swiss Cheese - Grated
• ¼ Pinkglow® Pineapple - Cut into Triangles
• ⅛ Cup of Sage - Sautéed until crispy
• ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
• 3 TBS Garlic - Minced
• 2 TSP Truffle Oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the bottom half of the slider buns
- Spread mayonnaise and evenly place garlic.
- Layer ham, swiss, Pinkglow® pineapple and then the top bun
- Cover with tinfoil and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted
- Top with truffle oil and crispy sage. Enjoy!
