Pinkglow® Pineapple Baked Flatbread
- 1 Flat Bread or Naan Crust
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced @pinkglow pineapple pieces
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 3 TBS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/4 Cup loosely packed Arugula tossed in Olive Oil
- Balsamic Glaze
- Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 400°. Drizzle olive oil over flat bread crust, roughly rub garlic clove over oiled crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Once crust is crispy top with Pinkglow Pineapple and blue cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Top with arugula and balsamic glaze.
