Pinkglow® Pineapple Baked Flatbread


  • 1 Flat Bread or Naan Crust
  • 1/4 Cup thinly sliced @pinkglow pineapple pieces
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 3 TBS Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup loosely packed Arugula tossed in Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Drizzle olive oil over flat bread crust, roughly rub garlic clove over oiled crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Once crust is crispy top with Pinkglow Pineapple and blue cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Top with arugula and balsamic glaze.
