Pinkglow® Pineapple Spicy Margarita

Ingredients: 

• 1 cup diced Pinkglow® Pineapple 

• 4 oz blanco tequila 

• 4 oz lime juice 

• 1 oz agave 

• 2 tbsp Tajin seasoning 

• Slices of serrano pepper 

• 1 lime wedge 

Directions: 

  1. In a cocktail shaker add the Pinkglow® pineapple and a pinch of Tajin seasoning. Muddle well. 
  2. Add in the tequila, lime juice, agave, serrano slices, and ice. Shake well. 
  3. Pour into 2 glasses rimmed with Tajin and serve with extra slices of Pinkglow® pineapple!
