Pinkglow® Tequila Reposado

Serves: 4

Ingredients & Tools:

• Pinkglow® pineapple

• 8 oz Tequila Reposado

• 4 oz lemon juice

• 4 splashes of Chambord Liquor

• 4 lemon twist

• 4 chilled wine glasses

• Ice cubes

• Raspberries and Lemon as garnish

• Boston Shaker


  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks.

  2. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice.

  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes

  4. Pour in Tequila, 8 oz Pinkglow® juice and lemon juice and shake thoroughly.

  5. Add a dash of Chambord liquor to each.

  6. Add raspberries and lemon as garnish (optional).
