Grilled Pinkglow® Pineapple with lime dipping sauce

 Ingredients: 

Pineapple marinade:

• 1 Pinkglow® Pineapple, pealed, cored, and cut into spears  

• 1 lime, juiced 

• 1/4 cup brown sugar 

• 3 tablespoons honey  

 

Lime dip:

• 3oz cream cheese, room temperature  

• 1/2 cup greek yogurt 

• 1 lime, juiced 

• 2 tablespoons honey 

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar 


Directions: 

• Marinate the pineapple for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator and grill on each side for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.

• Combine all ingredients for the dip into a bowl and beat until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.

• Serve with lime wedges and garnish with lime zest, enjoy!
