Pinkglow® Muddle White Rum
Approx. Serving Size: 4 oz (1 cocktail)
• 1 Pinkglow® pineapple
• 2 oz White Rum
• 1 lemon wheel
• Chilled Martini Glass
• Ice Cubes
• Rock Glass
- Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core.
- Cut 5 chunks of Pinkglow®.
- Add some of the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice.
- Using a muddler, muddle the Pinkglow® cubes inside the rockglass
- Add ice cubes
- Pour in rum and add a dash of Pinkglow® juice as per taste
- Add lemon wheel as garnish (optional)
