Pinkglow® Pinkini

Approx. Serving Size: 5.5 oz (1 cocktail)


• 1 Pinkglow® pineapple

• 2 oz Tequila Reposado

• .5 oz lemon juice

• 1 splash of Chambord liquor

• 1 lemon twist

• chilled wine glass

• ice cubes

• boston shaker

• raspberries and lemon (as optional garnish)


  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks
  2. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes
  4. Pour in the tequila, 2 oz Pinkglow® juice and lemon juice
  5. Shake thoroughly
  6. Pour into chilled wine glass
  7. Add the splash of Chambord liquor
  8. Add raspberries and lemon garnish (optional)
