Pinkglow® Sweet Fire

Approx. Serving Size: 6 oz (1 cocktail)

Ingredients :

• Pinkglow® pineapple

• 3 oz Tequila Silver

• 1 oz Lemon Juice 

• 1 oz Pineapple Juice

• Chilled Highball Glass

• Ice Cubes 

• Raspberries as a garnish (optional) 

• Boston Shaker



  1. Fill shaker with ice cubes

  2. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice

  3. Pour in Tequila, Pinkglow® juice, and pineapple juice 
  4. Pour in Lemon Juice
  5. Shake thoroughly 
  6. Pour into chilled highball glass
  7. Add raspberries as a garnish (optional)
