Pinkglow® Honey Whiskey

Approx. Serving Size: 5 oz (1 cocktail)

Ingredients :

• Pinkglow® pineapple

• 2 oz Vodka Citron

• 1 splash of Jim Bean Honey Whiskey

• Chilled Glass

• Ice Cubes

• Gourmet Garnish (optional) 

• Boston Shaker 


  1. Fill shaker with ice cubes

  2. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice

  3. Pour in Pinkglow® juice and vodka 
  4. Shake thoroughly 
  5. Pour into chilled glass
  6. Pour whiskey on top of cocktail to create a layer
  7. Add gourmet garnish on top
