Pinkglow® Coconut Rum Vodka Citron

Approx. Serving Size: 5 oz (1 cocktail)


• 1 Pinkglow® pineapple

• 1 oz Vodka Citron 

• 1 oz Malibu Rum

• 1 orange wheel

• 1 bunch of shredded coconut

• ice cubes

• chilled highball glass

• gourmet garnish (optional)


  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks
  2. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes
  4. Pour in Malibu rum and vodka
  5. Pour in 1 oz Pinkglow® juice
  6. Shake thoroughly
  7. Pour into chilled highball glass and fill with ice
  8. Top with shredded coconut and orange wheel
  9. Add gourmet garnish (optional)
