Pinkglow® with Vodka Citron and Muddle Kiwi

Approx. Serving Size: 3 oz (1 cocktail)


• 1 Pinkglow® pineapple
• 2 oz Vodka Citron
• 1 oz Muddled Kiwi
• Ice Cubes
• Dehydrated Pinkglow®
• 1 twist of lemon (optional for garnish)
• Muddler 


  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks
  2. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice
  3. Using a muddler, muddle the kiwi and dehydrated Pinkglow® pieces
  4. Add in ice
  5. Pour in vodka and 1 oz Pinkglow® juice
  6. Add lemon twist as garnish (optional)
