Pinkglow® Gin Slushie
• 1 Pinkglow® (about 4 cups diced pineapple) - Frozen
• 2/3 cup gin
• 2 tbsp simple syrup
• 1 sprig mint (10-12 mint leaves)
• Ice as needed
- Add liquid to blender first and top with mint and frozen pineapple.
- Blend until desired consistency.
- Add ice, as needed, to thicken.
- Pour into coupe glass (or pool-safe plastic glass) and ENJOY!
