Pinkglow® Mojito

Approx. Serving Size: 6 oz (1 cocktail)

Ingredients :

• Pinkglow® pineapple

• 1 oz club soda

• 2 strawberries (diced)

• 1 oz lemon juice 

• 4 fresh mint leaves 

• chilled highball glass

• ice cubes 

• boston shaker


  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks
  2. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes 
  4. Pour in rum, Pinkglow® juice, and lemon juice 
  5. Add fresh mint leaves and diced strawberries
  6. Shake thoroughly 
  7. Pour club soda until the glass is almost full 
  8. Add fresh mint bouquet and add a dash of white rum on top
