Pinkglow® Pink Mule

Serves: 4

Ingredients & Tools:

• Pinkglow® pineapple

• 12 oz ginger beer

• 8 oz Vodka

• ice cubes

• 8 lime wedges

• 4 Moscow mule mugs


  1. Cut Pinkglow® in half. Use a sharp knife to peel the pineapple. Cut around the core to make pineapple wedges and discard the core. Cut the wedges into large chunks.

  2. Add the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth to create a juice.

  3. Fill mugs with ice.

  4. In each mug, pour in 2 oz vodka, 3 oz ginger beer and Pinkglow® juice to taste.

  5. Squeeze lime wedge and stir.

  6. Add a garnish of Pinkglow® and a lime wedge to each cocktail (optional as garnish)
